Sean Pierce
Lead Pastor

Sean moved to the capital region from Maine to attend seminary in Schenectady. After pastoring and church planting in Vermont and northern New York, he returned to lead a regional network of Baptist churches. He still leads this ministry part-time as he also leads River.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maine, a Master of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Gateway Seminary. He has been an adjunct instructor for Davis College, Word of Life Bible Institute, and Mid-America Theological Seminary

Dan Hulbert
Associate Pastor

Dan grew up moving along the East Coast and settled in the Capital Region during high school. 

Dan has been a high school math teacher for nearly 30 years and has served in many church leadership roles for even longer. He became a pastor for River of Life in 2018.  His hope for ministry is that people would surrender their lives to Jesus and seek to be more like Him. Then everyone would hear the words of Matthew 25:21, "Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master."
